Email Dispatch via Resend

For sending emails from the contact form, we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes your data exclusively to transmit the email on our behalf. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend. Enquiries by Email, Phone or Fax

If you contact us by email, phone or fax, your enquiry including all personal data resulting from it (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

5. eCommerce and Payment Providers

Processing of Order and Customer Data

To process orders via our online shop, we process name, delivery address, email address and payment information. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract). Order data is retained for 10 years in accordance with statutory retention obligations under tax law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).

Mollie

For the processing of payments in our online shop, we use the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands.

When you place an order, you are redirected to Mollie's payment page, where your payment data is collected and processed directly by Mollie. We only receive from Mollie the information as to whether the payment was successful.
